This policy explains how Raqim International handles information submitted by buyers, prospects and website visitors.

Information collected

An inquiry may include your name, company, contact details, country, buyer type, quantity, product interest, project description and uploaded files. Standard server logs may record technical information needed for security and operation.

How information is used

• To review inquiries and prepare quotations.
• To discuss specifications, samples, branding, packaging and production.
• To manage follow-up with prospective and existing buyers.
• To maintain security, prevent abuse and improve useful site content.

Access and sharing

Raqim does not sell personal information. Access is limited to team members who need it for commercial review or order support. Relevant project information may be shared with logistics providers or approved production partners only when needed for evaluation, sampling, production or shipment.

Files and technical documents

Logos, tech packs, reference images and artwork are used to evaluate, quote, sample or manufacture your project. Ask about an NDA before sending highly confidential material. If a production partner needs a file, only the relevant material should be shared for the agreed work.

Storage and retention

Files and inquiry records are stored with the website or business systems used to manage the request. A fixed retention period has not yet been published. Records are kept only as reasonably needed for communication, quotation, production history, legal compliance and business records.

Access, correction and deletion

Email contact@raqiminternational.com to request access, correction or deletion. Identify the inquiry or project so the request can be verified. Accounting, legal or contractual records may need to be retained.
